Our policies assure that we transport all protected health information (PHI) through the platform safely and securely. No patient information is ever stored on the mobile phone. We use industry best practices of encryption, and data collected through our system is encrypted from end-to-end. Additionally, all data collected by our smartphone app is removed from the device immediately after being sent to the website for review in keeping with NIST guidelines for media sanitization (SP 800-88). Our cloud, which is built using dedicated hardware on Amazon Web Services, is designed to be HIPAA and HiTECH compliant so that all patient data that enters is guaranteed to be safe and secure. Beyond this, we will conform to all of your existing software needs and ensure your individual HIPAA policies are maintained.
